The strengths of J. B. Brown are the experienced ensemble of professionals operating the company. Vincent P.
Veroneau “Vin”, President, with a vast background in commercial real estate leads our team of
esteemed employees. John Laplante, V.P. Finance, has been with the company for 27 years and is familiar with
all financial aspects of the company as well as its lessees. Willow Williams, Property Manager, has also been
with J. B. Brown for over 25 years, managing residential properties, and, now, all of our commercial properties.
Michelle Crowley, Office Manager also manages all parking lots.

Vincent P. Veroneau, President & CEO
Vin joined J.B. Brown & Sons as President in January 2005. He has been involved in commercial real estate development,
asset management, and marketing since 1987. Prior to his association with the Company, he was a partner at North Atlantic
Commercial Brokers in Portland, Maine.
He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of San Francisco, an M.B.A from the University of Southern Maine, and a J.D.
from the University of Maine School of Law. In addition, he has taken several real estate courses in the Community Planning & Development
graduate program at the Muskie School of Public Policy.
His civic involvements include serving as a member and past chairperson of the Waynflete School Athletic Council, a member
of the Finance Committee at St. Joseph’s Parish, former Chairperson of the McAuley Residence Finance Committee, and
former member of the Portland Diocesan School Board.

Patricia Weimer , Vice President of Operations
Trish, joined J.B. Brown & Sons as Vice President
of Operations in December 2005. She will provide an organizational component to the management of J.B. Brown & Sons
properties along with overseeing capital and tenant improvements.
Ms Weimer has worked in the property and asset management field since 1985 and holds the Real Property Administrator
(RPA) designation from BOMA.
Trish has managed the property and leasing operations for many new and rehab properties in New England and the Mid-West
including office buildings, retail centers, parking facilities and mixed-use complexes. She has worked directly
for landlords as well as for institutional owners as a third party manager.
She has been an instructor of RPA courses for BOMA and written articles for real estate industry magazines. Ms
Weimer received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Vermont College.

John Laplante, Vice President Finance
John joined JB Brown in 1975, after serving as a senior accountant with Peat, Marwick. He is a State
of Maine Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. degree from St. Anselms College. John is responsible
for all financial operations, and lease administration. Volunteer activities include the knights of Columbus,
Cheverus and McAuley Board, and Finance Council at St. Joseph's Church.

Willow Williams, RPA, Property Manager
Willow joined J.B. Brown & Sons in 1978, and has held several positions with the company. She is currently
working as a property manager, maintaining residential and commercial properties. She holds both the Real
Property Administrator (RPA) from BOMI Institute in Chicago, and a State of Maine real estate license.

Michelle Crowley, Office Manager & Parking Lot Director
A graduate of Husson College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing, Michelle brings years of professional
experience to J.B. Brown & Sons since she joined our ranks in 1998. Often the first voice you speak to,
she is responsible for accounts payable and receivable, running the parking lot portion of the operation
and being the executive assistant in the office. She is always happy to be of assistance to those contacting
J.B. Brown.
